i think the relay was stuck in the off position. as soon as i fed power to it without it connected to the compressor, it made a loud CLICK and from there, normal click noise on/off.

i checked ohm reading on the 3 prongs of the compressor. did not overload my meter so i know it's not the compressor.

it's freezing as it should again, will monitor the pos for a few days before putting food in there...
wat to do with the 200 i just saved?
