When you gain more life experience, you will perhaps come to the understanding that sexual orientation, although often outside one's control, can also be a choice. Your very choice of words earlier (i.e. your use of the term "homo") reveals that you have a long way to go in terms of "open-mindedness" as well as tolerance.

homosexual is an approved term.. homo is an abbreviated version of said word..

much like Don, is short for Donald...

and I understand one can choose to be with one or the other, much how gay men will be with a woman.. by choice to cover their own true self..
