they annoy me!

i cant understand them... most dont say hi when i say hi to them, their kids are always out with no supervision in the summer time, no respect to adults, etc. etc.

but then, i also have cool neighbors.

they are like me. we say hi and converse, you know tell a few jokes or watever, wat typical adults do to get along with people in the community.

yah, at least if they showed effort that they want to get along, then i dont care if they can't speak the language all that well.
