I wish I lived in Europe. You get a lot more stuff with the signature edition than the collector's edition here.

Do you know if GT5 will require to use the latest PS3 firmware ? I dont care about the PSN, but I would like to keep the "Install OS" option, so I dont want to flash the PS3.

A lot of people are speculating that the reason for the delay was to make the game require the current firmware because of the recent hack that came out. I can let you know if its going to ask me to update my ps3 when I get it though.

You won't be able to play GT5 with that firmware.

Even if the reason for the delay was NOT to require higher firmware. I'm sure the firmware on GT5 would at least be 3.41

Yep, I read that the sole reason for the latest delay was so that the game discs could be made with v. 3.50.

I wonder how good the PS3 HKS Racing Controller will be, but think I will stick to my Driving Force GT...
