I am very well. One more day and the weekend starts. If its for work and putzing on the net the Lenovo will be just fine.

yah, im definitely looking forward to the weekend. last weekend i didnt get to drive my G or Z.

i use a thinkpad at work and this new one i bought (first pc i bought with my allowance

since im a mac guy

) is the IdeaPad for home use.

it's got the HD LCD, I forget the processor speeds but it's plenty fast for the stuff i do at home. will be doing most of my light kids picture/vid editing on it, along with my freelance work (excel and word), surfing, and being able to connect to the main server my wife has running in the background which is all pc based.

my MBP can connect to the server, but i need to log-in each time, and looses remote connection often so was kind of pita.

my mac will be dedicated to my music stuff.
