sorry kinda a diving nerd, I did a lot of it as a kid at local pool. I can do inverted tricks (gainer back flips and inward front flips facing the diving board) I can also do doubles and one and halves in many flips and flips with spins.......

I can do front and back flips, but that's it. In fact, after seeing so many get hurt doing back flips...I don't do them anymore.

better safe then sorry :ugh2:

the one people always love that I do is a front flip with a 180 that turns into a backflip for the second flip it's kinda F'd up but it's cool feeling and looking.

also doing gainers with no diving board of the deck (ground level not wood deck or anything)
