Then I meet her and the first thing she tells me is that she doesn't like boys with tattoos, so I figure I'll put it off for a while and let her get used to the idea of it.

10 years later here we are. She was still upset about it because she has control issues and when things don't go according to her plan or demands she flips out.

I need to find a good artist for a cover up. First I gotta figure out what I want to live with cause obviously my past choices suck if I need a cover up :eekdance:

This is why I haven't gotten a tattoo. I don't ever want to be in that position :ugh2:

The words are ex malo bonum, it means from evil comes good. Basically a reminder that no matter what kind of bad stuff you've done in the past, you always have the ability to be a better person, you're never a lost cause.

Personally, I go with stuff that's going to have a life long meaning, or something that illustrates a point or time in my life that I want to hold on to, or a life lesson I've learned. Don't get something just because it looks cool.

Well that's no fun. With that attitude, you'll never end up looking like this:

That's half my problem. My other concern is that once I get the first one, I'll end up covered in them.

My GF wants one, so I'll probably end up getting one as well. She told me that if we eventually get married, she'll get my signature tattoed on her *** if I get a wedding ring tattoed on so I can never take it off.

That's my concern. I'm nowhere near dumb enough to tell her that's the reason I don't want to do it though.

That can be a touchy one with people thinking about marriage/newlyweds...but someone needed to say it :rofl2: Even my uncle that has been married for 20+ years with my aunt was like, damn, this thing is forever when he got his with aunties name :roflpuke2:

Of course. This was her idea. I'm already in the doghouse for telling her that the only way I'd get her name tattoed anywhere would be if she died. That didn't go over well.

I was thinking, JARblue could fax a note to your office saying you are highly contagious and everyone should flee in fear OR you should go back home. :hello: I like this idea better than redbull.

My pizza just got done in the oven (pepperoni and chorizo is awesome by the way). I have about 2 shots left of Jameson. I think I'll be ready for bed in no time.

Apparently I have a very high pain tolerance. Mindy, my tattoo artist, has a big chest piece of a butterfly and she wanted me I would probably cry. 2 1/2 hours later and I hadn't flinched, she started asking me if I was ok lol. I was like "it'll probably start hurting more when you do the coloring and shading.", she says "that's what I've been doing for the last 2 hours!".

Dear Department of Justice,

Eastwest has a bad case of tuberculosis with a side of malaria. He is quarantined at his house and will not be at work today. He should be fully recovered by the weekend.

Sincerely,
Doctor JAR via the Holiday Inn Express PhD Program
