i remember burgerking use to give away pokemon balls back 12-13yrs ago and my wife being a pokemon fan, i remember going there almost every day to pickup a different pokemon ball....

ever since I seemed to mess my wrist up benching on the free weights, im forced to resort to the machine press....

chest day was yesterday!

350 lbs

I know its a little less weight on the machine but its all I can do till my wrist heals
