In unrelated news... I have 18 break-in kilometres remaining in the Juke :tup: and I noticed my first stone chip (on the a-pillar) :ugh2: Time to get some touch up paint before I apply the Opti-Coat Pro.

Are 11s from the Z wide enough for the Juke tires to fit inside? Is so, you should make an Auto-X course using the Z tires to leave rubber on the asphalt, and then race the Juke around the course :rofl2:

Doing alright man, I should get all my Z parts back tomorrow or Thursday then I'll be selling everything

I've been trying to sell off all my toys and extra stuff I don't need and save money. My mom's medical bills are all paid off now :happydance:

The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area :tup:
