huh, in my area we are required to use the bins to make it look organized... not that everyone places all the trash inside neatly. there's always idiots that pile up the trash so high that the lid doesn't close all the way. :shakes head:
or those that leave old furniture and stuff on the driveway and ofcourse, the trash folks dont pick those up. :ugh2:
if the smaller bins dont blow around in the wind, i suppose i will ask the village to exchange mine for the smaller ones. :D
