Once there, start making those sounds as loud as possible, and in between each burst, say things like "holy mother of God", "sweet baby Jesus". "ahhhhhh", "help me, Kenchan", etc.

When you leave and are strolling down the aisle, make sure you have a satisfied look on your face and maybe even give the first person who makes eye-contact with you the thumbs up.

It's fun!!!

Taking my rim to Discount today. The guy wanted me to call to setup a time, but every time I called he was "busy" and I left messages for him to call me back, so **** it. I'm going down there and I expect it back Wed. (Repair co. will pick it up in the morning most likely and they need it over night).

morning all

kenchan 07-22-2013 09:50 AM

so yesterday i had to redo my dinoc around the hvac trim. :ugh:

last time i used one sheet to wrap the entire trim and it looked great until the
summer sun hit it with in-cabin temps reaching over 120F. :shakes head:

i had to use a lot of tension when i wrapped around the hvac rings so that is
part of the reason why this happened. :ugh:

http://www.the370z.com/members/kench...dinoc-fail.jpg

this time i did the trim using 4 pieces. the main base piece, then 3 hvac
rings.

here's the base piece and the center ring attached. the center ring is only for
cosmetics to add consistency to the other 2 rings.

http://www.the370z.com/members/kench...rap-center.jpg

here are the side pieces that go on the outer hvac rings. i used masking tape
to make a template. this has no tension on the dinoc so it shouldn't peel up
or wrinkle later.

here are the side pieces attached..

and this time im heat cycling it under my IR lamp at 125F for 10hrs. :icon17:

sun's suppose to come out later in the week so im going to toss that trim in my fit and leave it cooking out in the sun for the remainder of the week. this way it would be 'aged' enough to be installed back onto my Z by friday night. :p

Nice! I'm not a huge fan of the first gen QR engine in these cars. For just about the same as boosting I would do a VQ swap. Would make for a pretty fun car. Torque steer is a bitch from what I've heard. Fwd ftl.

Of course I had the slow 1.8 so I just did suspension mods. It was a fun car through high school/college. Looking forward to having my first love and current love back together in the same garage :D

who decides wat is offensive and wat is not is usually the biggest problem when one ignorant culture or belief forces their way of thinking onto another. :ugh:

ie: i wish them folks would stop sending these upper-class-whore-looking-chicks to my front door to sell their religion. :ugh: last time i didnt answer they did a re-approach by sending an upper-class-whore-looking-guy to me to see if i'd bite that. :gtfo2: :icon17: haha

thanks, mr.alcheng. oy, sorry to hear about the cancellation/refund issue. it's been wat, 2months now? that is much too late unless you are buying new custom wheels made in japan. once you place the order, their employees start digging mining for metal. that's why it takes 3months.
