I was able to drive to work and back home without filling up in between. Squeezed out ~511km and once home I managed to put 42L of fuel in the Jukes tiny 50L tank.

LunaZ 07-19-2013 07:36 AM

After an eventful day yesterday (worked on a TV commercial, broke a tooth, ran a 5K) I only have a couple of clients to see and then I can focus on the things that really matter, like washing my Z.
And mowing the lawn and blowing the clippings onto the street. I might even water tonight!

I just managed to write a post that belongs in three different threads.
Not bad.

Actually, I'm not.
My mower does a really good job at mulching, but the long stuff from edging and the stuff that gets left on the driveway and front walk gets blown onto the street for the local minivans and Mustangs to disperse.
I try not to water too much of the street while watering my lawn, but if you're that close to the curb, we need to talk.

hey LMB. your post cracks me up because before the 2008 housing crisis, there were these 2 communities across the street from one another competing to get more houses up. one of the 2 communities barely finished before 2008 and sold a lot of homes. the lot on the other side of the street lost the fight, never built one house, and abandoned for 5yrs.

just last week i noticed construction equipment turning over the abandond land to begin construction... and all the crazy dust is blowing across the street at the community that was built pre-2008. :icon17: hahahaha.

so who gets the last laugh? :D

what time do you usually get up? i usually go to bed just before midnight, up and running by 6:30am to make breakfast and stuff.

this am i made omlet, had a wife-made bread roll, plain yogurt, banana, coffee. im not tired at all. :D

kenchan 07-19-2013 09:43 AM

so i tried my new van's shoes to drive my MT fit to work. to my surprise these shoes did fairly well even though the heel is not rounded.

as long as i dont tear into my carpet floor mats, these shoes could actually work as driving shoes. :icon17:

back to my piloti's for now though. :p
