:tiphat: I think they could have been a little less inconvenient about it. The headliner itself is not only drooping but also fraying. Because it's fraying, adding some clips to help the drooping isn't a sufficient fix. I'm quite happy with that explanation even if it did take them more time to make the determination than I would have liked :tup:

I have the smaller bins :tup: but I only have two services not 3 like some places, one is recycle which I use two smaller blue bins for one is paper other is containers etc.... then garbage is picked up as well but I don't use a "container from the city" just a bag that goes to the curb. The garbage bin stays in the garage and I just take the bag out. Some people put their own bin out but they get abused by the garbage guys so I don't bother :shakes head:

huh, in my area we are required to use the bins to make it look organized... not that everyone places all the trash inside neatly. there's always idiots that pile up the trash so high that the lid doesn't close all the way. :shakes head:

or those that leave old furniture and stuff on the driveway and ofcourse, the trash folks dont pick those up. :ugh2:

if the smaller bins dont blow around in the wind, i suppose i will ask the village to exchange mine for the smaller ones. :D
