Okkkk-whyyyy would my local Tire Discounters (who have seen me numerous time for oil changes and civic tires etc) want to charge me +75 $ PER tire more than i can get tires from Tire Rack (w shipping)?
That seems a bit excessive to charge 75 per tire for mounting balancing alignment etc...or is that reasonable and i am just experiencing sticker shock?

I went there because of my prior experiences, plus they occasionally have cool vehicles sitting around outside on display (like huge tricked out escalade or muscle cars) so i thought maybe i could trust them w my Z.

Surely they wouldn't inflate costs because i am female or because race car, or...would they?

I think a lot of mom and pop operations will charge whatever they think you're willing to pay.
