What's your cutoff point for eating? I'm making mine like 7:30-8ish.

happytheman 06-25-2013 09:26 PM

Hmmm, I'm barely squeaking by in the to 10. Meh, oh well. :)

Finally got around to wiring my rear fog that's been sitting around for half a year. Wired it to parking lights so that it turns on with tail lights, and also ran wires up to the dash for a switch that turns the rear fog off if I wanted to drive at night without it

How so? I've not read anything that states this to be the case.

Edit: I just did read something that speaks to lower metabolic rates contributing to an increase of fat storage. Hmmmm.

Eating late at night DOES make you fat, researchers say. | Mail Online

its dependant on what you eat...

I drink casien protein before bed because of it's slow burn properties.. causes your body to burn all night.. plus it's protien

if it's like fruits and maybe light non-oily or acid snacks im usually okay, but if i have anything like beer nuggest with pizza sauce dip at 10pm i am guaranteed heartburn at 2:32am. :ugh2:

kenchan 06-25-2013 10:09 PM

but when i was in college i was okay eating tacohell at midnight. :icon17:

kenchan 06-25-2013 10:10 PM

and for the first time in 20yrs, i had some frozen jake's pizza the other night. i thought it tasted pretty good back in my college days.

hummm... not so tasty any more. :ugh:

kenchan 06-25-2013 10:11 PM

like today, i'd prefer a fresh sliced tomato with nothing on it vs jakes pizza...

kenchan 06-25-2013 10:11 PM

and you guys know after 5 consecutive posts, i beat msbc in :postwhore: :icon17:

kenchan 06-25-2013 10:11 PM
