Crowbar, baseball bat, wrench?

So how many of you keep a blunt instrument in your vehicle? :stirthepot:

I know a few friends of mine always have something in the car be it a metal extension bar for the lug nut wrench or something of the like for a "just in case" situation.

Mind you, I do not advocate confronting road rage or anything of the like with a weapon and advise everyone to safeguard their health more than their beloved fairladies...

Let's hear em. ;)

P.S: Texas need not apply, shotguns don't count, nor do concealed/open carry states. :gtfo2: :rofl2:

Lol, I guess NONE of you read the OP.

In CA, it's illegal to have a bat without any other baseball item (glove, ball, helmet) and how do you expect to take a baseball bat out?
I carry a knife 24/7, not for self defense, for practicality, and I'm sorry, you can't bring a knife to a gun fight. And anyone who is going to do you harm is going to come at you with a gun, if they come at you with a knife you're gonna stab them? Lol!!! Or, oh wait. Let me get my bat from my car, or even better (if you're in your car) you're gonna swing a tire iron at the guy through the window? Just drive away

NickTurnon 05-12-2013 11:10 AM

I keep a few things in my car...

Larger pocket knife I keep on my pocket 24/7.

Large Mag-Lite (Great Nite-stick. Really stiff)

& I always have a wood bat in the car.

...don't mess with me I guess.

You live in AZ, carry a gun.

Yup. Don't believe the liberal media when they say that less and less people are owning guns these days, it's the opposite.

I'm in CA, but there is a way to keep a pistol, legally, in my car. Just depends on where I'm going if a pistol also goes with me since I can't legally conceal it on me once I leave the car. Other than that, it's a Leatherman. Always a handy item to keep in a car for many reasons.

(I am a gun fanatic, just a realist as well)

... At the same time, in CA, you can carry it unloaded... Watch as the criminal watched you load your gun while he shoots you. It's COMPLETELY worthless. Then you gotta lock it when you drive past a school and 10 other things. Might as well leave it at home...
And they made it illegal to carry handguns open (still no mag) as well... So unless you want to open carry a shotgun or AR15, your gun ain't gonna help you in this state

DEpointfive0 05-12-2013 12:27 PM

Guys, back on point, OP only asked if you carry anything in case of emergency
