I tried one of the new McDonald's Egg White Delights this morning, which is an egg white McMuffin with lean Canadian Bacon and white cheddar cheese. It comes in at 250 calories, 18 grams of protein and was really quite tasty. I was impressed.

i usually have the sauage mcmuffin with hashbrown and coffee.

So, all of this healthy food talk made me go to Jack In The Box and get four taco's (no cheese) and some curly fries.

I'm not sure where they're all at. Maybe just West of the Mississippi?
