I try not to.. I work on micro nutriants..

but you are looking at about 1500-1700 calories depending on the type of soda, the condems on your foods

Vegas is the worst and we are right behind them.

However, it's starting to come back every so slightly. I think it's up 20% or so? Might be a bit high.

i came home a few mins ago, and found that mini-kenchan already started him and his brother's luckygoldstartstupidtunes. :tup:

he also got a letter from the school that he is going to be in advanced placement for reading and math next year again. :woot:

on top of that, the kid that was kinda bullying him... they worked it out and now friends. :tup: so many good news this evening.

but all good things must come to an end...
