ive been using MDF the last few years since they are cheap and easy to replace. only downside is water.

nope some cheap scrap ply wood I found in my subdivision, I am just going to make it out of two layers of 1/2" ply wood

no she wanted one for when she puts shoes/boots on and off, next I am going to make is a little entrance table to go directly across from the bench :tup:

She is also almost 3 months pregnant so I know soon it will be harder for her to do these things :tup:

I also painted the concrete foundation transition (the 2-3 feet of foundation that is below the drywall)

I would add some padding and eyebolts.
That way you can attach restraints without damaging the wood.
Now that I think about it, you could skip the padding.
