Are you comparing your times to an FTD that was set in something that's vastly different than a stock 370Z?
I've been to solo events where there's Formula Fords, Super 7s and well prepared CRXs and Miatas. All things that would slaughter a stock 370Z if the course didn't allow for the Z to stretch its legs. So don't sweat the time gap between yourself and FTD.
One time I set (true/raw) FTD in the rain in my CSP Miata, but lost out to a Stock Audi A4 Quattro when the PAX index was applied. He clearly had the advantage in those conditions, but what can you do?

Im good.. burnt my drivers arm yesterday.... lol
tried to do some scuba but my mask gave me issues, so I couldn't go underwater.. .and then I slept like 12 hours.. which sounds good. but not my idea of a good time.. lol

:tup: yeah-the guy w ftd was in a heavily modded car. I don't even know what it was. I just added his time so you guys would have the frame of reference i had. I improved from 86 seconds to the 68.3 my best time of the day:tup:

Much better but really tired mentally. But man. This sh1t is really hard! I WALKED the course 4 times!!!! I needed 4 more runs. The challenge is the course changes EVERY time :tup::eek: o. M. G. :tup: :happydance::driving:
Takes a lot of courage (i think). For me anyways :tup:

I am headed back to the Federal Ammo plant in Minnesota. I can't believe I am looking forward to Jury duty the week after next -- just to get a break from flying and hotels.
