it's a rainy week it looks like for me. :ugh2: can't wait for this month to be over... |

People say -- "think of all the miles you are booking!!!" I say "screw that -- the last thing I want to do with time off is fly some where, even if it is free because of all the miles I book". Marriott gives me all this free stuff and I don't even use it. Yes -- I'll go to a hotel when I don't need to... |

My previous 370z got totaled and luckily I had GAP to pay the extra $3k leftover from their appraisal. Of course GAP was a no brainier on my new 370z. |

I should know today or tomorrow if they are going to total it. In a way, I hope they do -- I have already identified an available vehicle (midnight blue, grey leather, touring, sport, 6MT). |

Speaking of which, I should be signing the lease on a building this week. When I'm going to find time to do the build-out to make it a salon/studio is a mystery me, though :rofl2: |

I used to be able to book my own hotels, which would allow me to find cool places near things I wanted to see and do during my down time, but now they book it and I always end up in some corporate business park or near the airport. Not that they're not decent hotels... but for example, I could have booked myself at a cute B&B on the beach in NJ for less money than the company spent on putting me in the Marriot Courtyard 11 miles away from the beach. Oh well. |
Slow day is slow.

Kenchan, I borrowed a radio (only piece of equipment not in yet, should be here Thursday :excited:) and raced for the first time Saturday. I didn't do well, but I wasn't horrible. However, they're changing the track this week so now I'll have to learn a new track immediately. :ugh2: :D |
