I should be getting my buggy tomorrow.

May have to pay someone to paint it pretty, since I lack any artistic ability when it comes to painting/drawing/life.

, any details on the kit?

Getting the AE B4.2. Supposedly the shop is getting it tomorrow.

Then I will build and wait for everything else (should be getting ordered here soon too, if not the same day).

do you guys remember the RC10? this thing leaked oil and fell apart often, but was a super machine vs all the tamiya buggies out there atleast at the time. :D

Holy cow that's old. The RC10 is too. :bowrofl:

Kyosho used to be nothing in the world, now they're one of the top dogs, above Losi.

Yeah, but you don't see Yokomo around much.

There's that Japanese factory driver that makes it to the big events with his Yokomo, but that's the only one I've ever seen.

Back when I raced there were maybe two. One from a guy who just wanted to be different, but the hobby shops never had parts, and the other from another factory driver (probably the same Japanese guy) that only showed up for the Cactus Classic race.

Not a popular choice since the retirement of Masami Hirosaka (広坂正美)

Their TC kit is still one of the best also most expensive on the market.

i checked my yok's tread tonight and i got about another 1.5mm before it's down to the lower limit on lincoln's head. i measured on the inner side of the tires mostly as that's where most of the wear is. :D

Tire Tech Information - Measuring Tire Tread Depth with a Coin

i have one of these miltons that work pretty well too. 2/32 is about when tires are replaced.
honestly speaking, penny trick is easier to see and do while the tires are on the car.
