Gauging Your Distraction while driving

Vent time! Any moron that text's during driving, OR movie watching should be beaten upside the head. You have no idea the amount of times some jerkoff has been texting not paying attention and came so close to hitting me ON MY BIKE. There should be a lock feature if any cell phone tracks that it is going faster than 10 mph than it disables texting. You need to stay off the dam phone while driving so I can live to see another day, also for those that think it is fine to talk without a hands free deice ITS NOT so quite being cheap and go buy a blue tooth. Okay I feel better.
