Ok so I'm sitting here fuming about not doing anything with the Z this weekend. Taking suggestions as to whether I start installing some GT Mat in the rear hatch or taking off the bumper to measure some lathe for a custom grill behind the fangs. I think I know Ms. Pint's vote :icon17: Anyone else?

At this point I haven't committed to actually cutting out the horizontal plastic pieces. I saw someone that did the installed behind them and it looked ok, but I think it's too subtle for my tastes. I want to remove them, but I don't like the idea of having to physically cut out part of the vehicle. TBD :icon17: I am going to finish the lathe with Dupli Color Shadow and see if I can get a decent black chrome finish. Also, I have plenty of extra lathe. I plan to cut out and finish two pieces in the black chrome, using less than half the total. I don't have any other plans for it, so you're more than welcome to some if you like the finished product  |
I am not musically talented at all!

I learned to play the guitar using Jimmy Page riffs :icon17: I am certainly no Jimmy Page, but I'd like to think that both of us sound a little better than the audio track of a neighborhood cat fight :bowrofl: One thing that really helped my guitar play was a 12 string acoustic with electric pick up. As long as it was in tune, just strumming chords in random sequence was incredibly melodious  |
