He's been fighting a cold for the past couple of weeks, it has turned into a harsh cough. He's complaining about a soar throat, and upset tummy, he also has a slight fever. He does ok when he's awake (other than the cough). We were able to get a couple more hours of sleep. Hopefully I can get a nap in before I head to work this afternoon.

I survived the baby shower... all of us guys just sat in the garage and watched the Dbacks v. Brewers game. Thankfully it went extra innings. :icon17:

I found out an alarm only works when turned on.

That usually helps.

It's also why I set three alarms on my phone, in case I happen to turn one of them off. :tup:

I set three alarms on three separate devices. 1. iLuv clock radio 2. Battery powered travel alarm clock 3. My phone. Very rarely am I woken up by an alarm... I'm paranoid about sleeping in.

Ugh, this is what is in store for me today on the way home:

Glad I didn't wash my car this weekend.

I may just stay at work until tomorrow. :ugh2:

things just took a turn for the worst this morning with my cousin, the cancer is progressing aggressively and he's tried calling 9-1-1 , the police, walking out of the house, calling a taxi cab.... threatening us ...everything..... and the nurses just came in and told us that its the cancer , the death process has started, this is the beginning stage...

wish us luck....... he's very nasty right now...

I had a busy weekend, Sat. I went to Navy Pier (anyone who visits Chicago should always go there). I wasn't a tourist though, because I went there for a running expo. There I signed up for the Chicago half marathon :woot:

On Sunday I ran the Chicago Shamrock Shuffle, which is the record holder for the largest 8k run in the world at 45,000 people!

It will be raining most of this week, so no more salt :excited:

ms.bc- that sucks that you couldnt get the position. :mad: that level1 sounds :eekdance: you sound like a very important asset to your team. hope they treat you with big bonus for all the problem solving! :tup:

:eek2: 45,000 is a lot of runners ZMan8 most I have seen in a run up here was between 6-7000 and that was crowded!
