I agree. I did not want to see it at first because of the meth-oriented nature of the show, but my wife talked me into it. It turns out that it is a great show and not really about meth use. The meth manufaturing is there as a vehicle for story line and character development (which are both world-class). The acting is great, the characters are both despicable and sympathetic and the camera work/photography is excellent.

Hope all is well Nis.

I'm sitting at the local Honda dealer getting an oil change and tire location on mrs. gurney's CR-V. After this, a Home Depot run and the two days of chores around the house.

All Z time cancelled for this weekend. No big deal since F1 and IndyCar are on this weekend.

On the positive side, I did get my U.S. Grand Prix tickets last week.

Have a great and safe weekend all.

Happy doctoring Niz!
Morning Mr. Onzedge
Hi Gurney! We have a few chores but the highlight of our weekend is seeing my best friends daughter pitch in the Marietta College vs. Wilmington College softball game later this afternoon!!! GO PIONEERS! :happydance:
In other news:
We are supposedly getting some winter weather again today. Ugh.

onzedge 03-23-2013 08:02 AM

Today, I am driving to Long Beach in the 370 -- 415 miles. Hanging out tomorrow with Mom and then up to Claremont College to deliver a speech/lecture at the Drucker Graduate School of Management on Monday, drive home and then fly to MN first thing Tuesday.

GaleForce 03-23-2013 08:07 AM

Safe travels Mr.Onzedge.

Do not be too jealous about the drive. I-5 is deadly boring and full of "Chippies" (C. H. P. officers).

And, smart people buy Z's so there you go...

If you want to feel really smart -- like genius level -- you can go spend some time on a BRZ, Evo, or Prius forum where there are no minimum IQ requirements in place.

One thing I've learned about the brains on this forum is that I bring the average down, way down. If it wasn't for my edgumecational disadvantages (and my occasional fart joke) this would be a Mensa forum.

LMBmikeZ 03-23-2013 08:31 AM

 Prius!!!!!!!! I had a run in with a Prius Friday morning on my way to work stuck behind them for a good 5 mins before it was a safe passing zone. They were doing between 20-30k/hr under the posted speed limit on a low speed limit road :icon14: so frustrating.........:shakes head:

 lol! Me too (except for the non-occasional fart joke. I don't do fart jokes ;) )

but it's your significant knowledge of the intricate complexities of a great fart joke that bring that average right back up; after all, everyone enjoys a good fart joke :icon17:
