Spicy Spicy...!! :yum:

Mapo Tofu -- 麻婆豆腐

It's a very popular Sichuan Province(四川) style dish. Most of the Sichuan dishes are spicy, if you wanna try, I will suggest another Sichuan dish which is also very popular:

Kung Pao chicken or Gong Bao chicken (宫保雞丁). It's a bit more dry than the Mapo Tofu, we also serve it with rice, (well, rice in Chinese cuisine is like pasta in Italian so it's almost a must to have white rice :icon17:)

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...o-shanghai.jpg

If you are curious about is it a Mandarin dish or Cantonese dish.... mmm.... consider it as Sichuan dish

Different provinces from China has their own style of cuisine, it's difficult to categorize them just into two but you will look smarter if you can tell people what specific Chinese cuisine is it

You know, we Z people drive smart, post smart, talk smart and eat smart..!!! :yum::tup:

:woot:

Had me some Kung Pao chicken tonight! :yum: Sooo good!

So what's best? Pull the fuse? Get a module? Cut the black... no, I mean the red... no, the orange wire?

I honestly think the fuse the best solution hands down (with the harness being virtually equal except that it costs $$). Thanks to Mr. Alcheng, we know that the fuse isn't there in later model Z without a SLU. This tells me there was nothing else on that circuit, and you are perfectly safe removing the fuse without affecting anything else :twocents:

Our credit union has an incredible bill pay system (it's a small fee or minimum balance in checking). Each bill is automatic once you set it up to be. If you have a dispute, you just bring it to their attention and they'll deposit the disputed amount back into your account (whether it is the entire bill or just a portion) and then go to bat for you with whatever company. It is awesome!!

I've never swapped mine. I have no problems driving the Z smooth - it is not difficult in traffic (especially with SRM on). My buddy's cobra had a linear clutch that would give your left leg an incredible workout in traffic. Is there a significant reason to swap springs?

if one's just shifting normally (just to enjoy the shorter throw) it makes no difference in the wear. :)
for me, i just buy a shorter weighted knob to shorten the stroke. not the same as a real short throw, but it's still shorter throw. :icon17:

I like a short throw in general... I already drive the Z pretty hard for a DD. The STS won't change when or how hard, but it will make it more enjoyable when I do push her

:iagree: Mr.kenchan

it used to have its own style and image and the direction was good...

Then it's trying so hard to go towards the Euro...

I rather they stay on the Japanese luxury attitude with good chassis tuning than right now the are going towards a "when merc banged nissan" path.... :wtf2:

mr.alcheng- do you remember the concept car that was for the G37C? i was really sold on that design...until they released the actual production G37C  i still can't seem to like the G37C's exterior. the IPL looks like a joke to me too. :shakes head:

I remember the G37C concept... I was too excited... although... :icon17: I also like the style of the production G37C, mainly the head light I found it looks better...

Hope we are not on the opposite direction… lol

But :iagree: on the IPL....

There's no extra P(ower) and L(uxury) in there at all.

If they want to make something go against the M or AMG... make a NISMO G with a V8 or supercharger...

So is that the same thing that I'm referring to? In first...when I let out the clutch, more often than not...the engine hesitates...lurches if you will. It's damn embarrassing. I've been driving standard transmissions for a loooong time, and it makes me feel like I suck at it. :ugh2:
