Kate knitted a little hat for Faye -- everyone thinks it looks like a "Pedo-Bear" hat.

Just doing a little lurking after getting back from a night out with the mrs and our neighbors. The Z is all shined up for a photo shoot tomorrow. I'll finally have some pictures of my new rotors and calipers. While painting the rotors today, I realized the shop that did the brake swap rounded-off most of my lug nuts and put a big chip in one of my rims. Bummer! :shakes head: I'm going to get the rims repainted (black) anyway, and some buddies have a bunch of extra lug nuts, so that's covered. They also dripped brake fluid on a rim while bleeding them. Very disappointing. I'm over it though. |

Like I said, I'm over it. After the rims get painted, there's just getting some interior bits wrapped by Carbon Element. To be honest, I am SO happy about the look of the calipers and rotors, it just doesn't matter, The calipers are a very bright red, not the darker red color the factory uses. The "akebono" is done in silver. Mike the powdercoater did a fantastic job. Unequivocally, the best vendor I've dealt with from the board. |
