Have to take her to the dealership for a check up soon. Possible coolant leak again.

Check out my album with comparison pics here: Nissan 370Z Forum - JARblue's Album: Interior/License Plate LEDs

But these are the bulbs I had to choose from. For consistency, I went with LED #1 (even after giving Pint 3 of them, I have a couple extras plus 2x LED #2)

( Click to show/hide )
I got both of the LED styles off ebay though LED #1 was $7 shipped for a 10 pk. The other ones were specifically ultra bright and cost $2.50 shipped for two.

GPS: You just set the World Record for fastest human! :rofl2:

happytheman 02-04-2013 10:50 PM

Why don't you make it a generic "official spouse complaint" thread? That way everyone can participate?! :rofl2:

6MT 02-04-2013 10:54 PM

I disagree. Then people would say things like, "my wife farts too much". Embarrassing? Yes.

And, doesn't accomplish much.

Yessir  I like those second ones  The individual SMDs look more like what I'm familiar with and the connector design is excellent. I had no problems with my LED install (just move the wires a little to the outside is all). It took about 3 minutes. When I did Ms. Pint's car, the hatch and one of the map lights were incredibly finicky. Not only did I have to be very careful about the wire placement, I even took a small tool to bend the receptacle connectors for a better fitment. It took about 15 min to do all three :ugh2:

Actually, I think the mere generic-ness of her complaint corner is perfect!

Fair enough. But I though she may want to find some solutions (?).

I think it's because the wire is too thin, that's why I specifically look for the type like the 2nd one. And it works pretty good so far..
