That's cool. So it's not about a # of pounds or anything? Just trying to stabilize? Any projected time length, or is this going to be your diet for the foreseeable future?
Foreseeable future right now. I'm aiming for 5lbs at a time so I don't give up too easily. As long as my levels get back within normal without too much effort, I'm happy. Doc wants to see me for more stomach issues next week so I'm worried that another surgery is coming up.

oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, fish, turkey, veggies and fruit. Can't complain just yet.

Red meat only in lean, 6 oz or less portions. Only whole grain breads and pastas. Can't have pizza often anyway due to no gallbladder. I'm all sorts of jacked up.
