Embarrassing moment of the day: Running over what I thought was just a plastic bag, couldn't swerve to avoid it and couldn't back up thanks to the d!ck behind me. Light turns green, I hear a dragging noise and I'm thinking FML. Luckily there's a turn coming up where I can pull off to a shoulder. I pull off and the bag comes loose on it's own. I didn't even bother checking what was in it but the front end doesn't look beat up.

Did you remove the entire bumper or doing it on the car?

Doing it on the car. Pretty happy with the results but still there are a few jagged edges to fix. As I suspected, I should have run an exacto knife along the taped edge before pulling the tape up.

The fix will be to let the dip dry for a few days and then lay down a few layers of tape just inside the edge and then cut a clean edge. That isn't any big deal.

Overall, it was easy, and nothing to be afraid of, you just have to finish the edges. I'll post some pictures in a bit.
