OT, but i FINALLY got my return authorization number for that pos audio interface that died for my mac. wtf. they were asking me for my credit card number, exp date, 3 digit security code on back of cc while i was filling out the RA request form. :facepalm:

ofcourse i did not fill that part out and noted "I am kenchan, you fix now or you be on iggylist!" and they said 'ok, fix for free.' :icon17:

so i will ship tomorrow. :p

i already got my other new audio converter from mackie today :woot: so i'll just sell the presonus one when it gets back in my hands after repairs. lol with this ordeal, i will officially not buy another presonus product (aka on iggylist) :mad:
