Honestly i wouldn't mind fighting it, but i don't want my insurance to go up higher than it already is. So id be scared to fight it, loose. And have my insurance go up. But with what martin82 said about it not being on record.. I have some thinking to do.
It would be nice to just make the ticket disappear lol

OP, Speeding ticket is a Moving Violation in California and IT WILL BE on you record for 3 years, even after you paid the ticket. Unless, if you go to a Traffic School, then it will disappear like it never happened.
You can only erase 1 moving violation within 18 months.

Fail to show Registration or Proof of Insurance is a fix ticket. But if you do not pay it or miss the court date, DMV could suspend your license. You will end up paying lot more $$$ than to pay the ticket at the first place.

Good luck!

Its not on record if u do traffic school as per the link I sent you it says "Effective July 1, 2011, one conviction in any 18-month period will be held confidential and not show on your driving record if you complete a traffic violator school program. If you are eligible and decide not to attend traffic school your automobile insurance may be adversely affected. "
