im good and yourself? shaping up as in getting closer, yes.... we had a big day yesterday in which the EEOC "chief mediator" called my union rep and told him

" you cant be at the meeting"
" well why not?"
"because the company doesnt want you there"
" haha, i dont care what the COMPANY wants, im representing my member"
" but but but! your going to cost the Company more money ,giving more to Kyle!" ( Kyle is my real name)
" and thats my problem? The company has done wrong and therefore they MUST pay for it, i could care less about what the COMPANY wants, and besides .... i thought as a Mediator... you are supposed to be unbiased and neutrualo on every case, not take sides and clearly you have taken sides with the company and working with them in order to give Kyle the Sh*ttiest deal you possibly can,..... THATS not right! miss "chief mediator"

" well... well.. well, i got to get back with you.. i got to let the company know!"

this is the conversation the Union Rep told me he had with the EEOC "chief Mediator" supposed to be null on both sides and clearly taking the companies side in this...... which they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ......

"EEOC stands for 'Equal Opportunity' and clearly you are in the wrong Miss."

me and my mom are furious. this case NOW has gone from a possible million dollar case to WELL INTO the MILLIONS and if we do not get that. then we are going to the press and get this story into the press. i was the victim of some horrible stuff i do not want to talk about, my health was declining, im suffering from health effects BECAUSE the companies refusal to accomedate my medical needs.

and we told my rep.... " this case as gone WELL into the millons."

he responded with "This is utterly rediculous!.... Kyle was the victim and here they are still trying to give him the crap end of the deal!... NOT ON MY WATCH! i agree, this case has now gone into the MULTI million dollar range. because now the EEOC has shown they are biased against Kyle and FOR the company. if we do not get the deal we deserve...... we will NOT accept anything less and go to the media."


so cherry....... we just keep finding more and more stuff out thats not right and what they are trying to do against me... its a bad situation when the person whom suffered and continues to suffer, they still trying to shaft out of what he deserves

and at this point we are demanding to know WHO the top dog is down there and let them know what their "chief mediator" is doing. this is not right

oh you know..... not much right now lol on here and watching NFL AM on the NFL network lol getting ready for my case friday lol.

lol if we dont get the deal we are looking for on friday. then we all ( my side ) will get up and end the meeting and take it to court. and THEN my advisors have told me to IF things dont go the way we want, go to the press and get this story into the Press.... there's 2 things about the company..... 1.. they are a multi billion dollar company.... and 2... they HATE publicity.... especially BAD press, AND ESPECIALLY for something they pride themselves over " working with people with disabilities... and here they are trying to get rid of you because of your disability. Get ALL of it in the press. "

so we will see! im feeling refeshed by a good nights sleep but still very much furious. as is mom, dad, everyone. lol.
