Just got back from having oysters and blackened fish sammiches down by the river.

We stopped off over to Target tonight to where I witnessed the cart boy carelessly run a cart into the back of an SUV! I wanted to break my foot off in his a$$... Its a good thing the cart was plastic, because there was no damage. I checked. :)

so so so many times ive seen this happen and only once did they look around to see if anyone saw it...he turned his head looking around, saw me shaking my head and pointing, turning back around and head held low. its a shame. but sad sad reality........ thus is why i always park as far away as possible AND park next to the curb or tree or whatever so that at LEAST one side of the car.... no one can park next to. ... the other side, parked so far away that if anyone other than another sports car parks next to it, i take it as a WTF moment, have all this parking lot... and you park RIGHT beside me. :shakes head::gtfo2:

Forgot to mention, there's a fvcking crease in my front bumper. Like it's been folded and unfolded. This was never there and I haven't done anything that would put this there.

Hell yeah, I'd do it in a heartbeat right now.

The early years were rough, I remember a lot of that stock footage from the first 10 minutes of Part 2 of The Right Stuff. I love rockets and spaceflight. It was a pretty bumpy ride through the Agena, Juno, Redstone, and Atlas rockets... but once we gained the knowledge, and worked out all the kinks... Look where it got us... 45 years later... we haven't advanced all that much in terms of manned spaceflight. Pretty sad... :(

But if they want someone to strap one of those on... :hello: I'm right here.

Nismo89 09-01-2012 11:46 PM

Came back from the Batman movie, it was good  the pace is nice thus didn't feel like 2 1/2 hours. A little weird that Batman will fight with the gangs during daytime....

The movie itself didn't feel long, it just feels like 'it takes forever' to build because you have to think that your typical movie takes place over the course of a week or two. Some, a month... This one obviously takes place over Several months based on what happens...

To those who haven't and still want to see it I won't elaborate, but to those that have, you know why...

..So it makes the viewer impatient as to whats going on. I thought it was A good movie, but I felt it didn't meet the bar The Dark Knight had set... :(

:iagree:

I was a bit surprised when I saw the season jump to Winter all of a sudden, I think the time frame actually makes no difference to the whole story.

The whole story no, but you think that when you're sitting there, in your mind subconsciously, you see the time passing in the movie, so you assume that time is passing in reality as well, next thing you know, you're complaining that the movie has gone on for hours lol

LOL.... I feel the change of time/season in the movie didn't go fluidly, it's just not so convincing... but heck, overall it's pretty good.
