I laughed my @$$ off all the way through that... it has really made me wonder what those signatures are about...
I think they just use it to confirm that the person who has used the card, regardless of whose it is and who is using it, is aware and acknowledges that they're borrowing money from a credit bureau.
Still hilarious, and I've never seen it before.
