I'm not really sure when they're supposed to get in stores there. Their pre orders got delayed due to high demand so it might be a little while till they have them in stock in stores.

yep I'm coming from HTC sense too so have the same learning curve. I'm going to reactivate my tbolt tomorrow. I can't live without 4G at home. Hoping the signal gets stronger with an update.

ok so iv heard you cant scratch the screen is this true? if so do i really need a otter box w/ a screen protector or just a case?

I think I like HTC sense better than the Samsung Touchwiz, but that may just be because I was used to using it for the past 2 years. I'll look into foxfi, thanks :tup:

It's scratch resistant, but not completely scratch proof. Getting those will just be an added layer of protection. I got a screen protector and a case for my phone, but I've only put on the case for now. I'll take pics some time later this weekend so you can see it with the case. It looks pretty sick with the blue case.

depends on how protective you are with the phone? if you want it absolutely perfect more protection is better

so I reactivated my tbolt and it's great to have 4g speed again. I have unlimited data and tether from my phone so I don't pay for internet access at home. It's too bad because the sgs3 is SUCH a cool phone. I am thinking about trading for a razr maxx to see if the radio is better

sold my sgs3 for 550 cash, made a 335 dollar profit. It is an incredibly cool phone but since I live in a fringe area for data I'm going to stick with my tbolt for now. Enjoy those phones guys

IMO Skype is horrible and stays running in the background and the call quality is sub par. I use Tango :D. Try em out too

My phone already cracked! Took the case off for like 2 mins to put an sd card in, the phone slipped and fell from less than 6 inches off the ground and cracked along the side and part of the screen. Weak azz phone, it's supposed to have gorilla glass! WTF?!!?!! :mad:

Guess I have to go to the Verizon store to get a replacement now which will take forever to get here. :mad:

I just happened to drop mine in the 2 mins that my case was off. Gonna take it to the VZW store soon and try to get it replaced.

Duuuuuuuude that sucks!!!! It is a slippery phone i fumbled it too but landed on carpet. I would wait a few weeks to get a replacement as it still looks usable and they are backordered currently. Ive read about 4-5 people now in various forums with cracked screens already, seems to be an issue maybe because of how thin it is

In other news, after trying it for a couple days, i decided i didn't like the Swype-style keyboard that came with the phone... so i went to the Swype website and downloaded their version.

Just got back from the VZW store. They said they would replace it for free, but I'd have to go back in 2 days to do it since the phone hasn't officially launched yet and they didn't have any. Just gonna go back in 2 days to get it swapped. Thinking about maybe getting the blue one now, but not sure how it will look with my blue case.

I might be wrong but I think Gorilla Glass isn't suppose to be "tough" in the sense of take a fall and such but "tough" as in scratch resistant (not even proof :shakes head:)
