Of all thing to hit, this is the one I fear most.

Caught on Camera: Suspect Killed During Police Chase | NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

Hopefully the truck driver recovers quickly.

I hope the Cement Truck Driver is OK.

The other guy had no respect for people's property, or the Police...

370ZilverZ 03-17-2012 09:02 PM

The concrete truck driver will be okay.

Glad to see this is one of those cases where the bad guy dies instead of killing an innocent person.

Should have used the taser on that fool.

Where he would probably sue for a couple hundred grand ...

I like this outcome more.

The cop did taser him and that's when he took off in his truck. You can see the taser gun being dragged behind the truck.

what a fcking moron :shakes head: for a second i thought the cement truck rolled on top of the pickup, which is the outcome I would've wanted

TerribleONE 03-19-2012 05:39 PM

I feel that death for theft is a bit harsh... He was stupid about it, but that doesn't make much sense.

It's not death for theft, open your gaze to the bigger picture my friend:
  1. Theft
  2. Resisting an Officer
  3. Attempting to reach for an Officers Weapon, which, what do you think he would have done had he been able to get it...
I think we all know where that would have gone...
  4. Leaving the scene after being pulled over (Resisting Arrest x2)
  5. Extreme Speeding (100+ mph)
  6. Running Redlights
  7. Public Endangerment
  8. Possibly (Probably) Drunk... So DUI
  9. Damage to Public Property (the road)
  10. Damage to Private Property (the cement truck)
  11. Vehicular Manslaughter (if he had survived/truck driver had been killed)
So once you see the whole picture, death sounds pretty fair. :shakes head:

I'm suprised the police cruiser couldn't keep up though. To a loaded truck... Personal safety is one thing, but they teach you defensive vehicle techniques for a reason. :ugh2:

Glad to hear the Cement truck driver is ok though.

Couldn't catch up cuz the maniac driver was blowing through red lights and hitting speeds over 100 in regular streets... I don't blame him, I would've done the same: just watch the lil dumbass kill himself
