Well thats about 1/3 lb of fish and 1 1/2 cups of the side dish....so yes it's a proper portion, but no worries because I destroyed that effort by going back for more! :rofl2:

Made a couple of NY Strips tonight that were so thick they had to be seared in the sides as well. This along with a mushroom/onion sauce, baked potatoes and fresh corn on the cob!

Had jerk mahi tacos for lunch yesterday.

Tonight we had marinated chicken breast kebabs with corn on the cob and a salad with (amongst other things) sweet peppers and sunflower seeds. :yum:

when i went to UOB they served the same pizza from the week before and only had two choices for breakfast muffins or eggs. And the muffins were hard as rocks. University food is like playdoh :rofl2:
