Have you tried this before? This picture was at a restaurant down the street from me...but My mom makes really good Pho. Everytime I visit her in Dallas she has to cook it for me :)

I have definitely had pho. It's been a little while since I've been to a Vietnamese restaurant, but when I do I always get the pho, and I like to make it hot! :yum:

I like their spring rolls as well. That's something my wife and I will make from time to time. Boil up some shrimp in beer, shred some cilantro, mint, basil, bib lettuce, matchstick-sized cucumber slices and bean sprouts...break out the rice paper and a warm bowl of water and go to towns on those things! Oh yeah, my wife makes a sauce with chili paste and I think fish sauce too.

Damn that sounds good too! My wife and I always get spring rolls as a appetizer. But Another vietnamese soup I like is Bun Bo Hue. Dang it I'm hungry now :( These food threads :shakes head: :tup:

Yes happytheman, filet mignon is my favorite, they virtually melt in your mouth....

But if you like it bleed, Sirloin is a better choice.

Ok.... anyone into Lamb Rack? I made this in a house party last month, a whole bottle of red to marinate 24pcs, side with tiger shrimp which boiled in white wine.
