I love habanero. It has a lot of good tangy flavor to go with the heat. I would never eat a ghost chili though, because everything I have heard is its all heat(duh) and no flavor.

KingZee, you like your steak like my wife and I do...mooing all the way to the table! What did you use as a topper on that steak?

Machaca burrito at El Tepeyac in Los Angeles. Loaded with shredded beef, eggs, jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, and melted cheddar cheese. One of LA's best and oldest Mexican spots. It was also on man vs food.

Can we digress to a much simpler time. When bok choy was still exotic?
Can we digress to a great once German, now American classic? The Frankfurter? The Hot Dog. I love great food but sometimes a burger or dog is exactly what the doctor ordered. I have to say my favorite joints for both.

Hot dogs is Hot Doug's Hot Doug's

And Burgers, well the burger joint that is my favorite, doesn't have a website. so here is a link to the yelp....Holy crap! the joint has a website now! I am suprised, but here it is.
Big Star Drive-In And of course at big star, you have to get the cheese curds. cuz its wisconsin and they are delicious.

I love to cook dishes that have bok choy and escarole in them!

Roasted Rabbit made with onions, bacon, garlic, salt, lemon pepper, and Jamaican Jerk.

Mashed potatoes with chives and garlic and butter.

Nice smooth gravy made from the rabbit.

This was the first time I used jerk, but i think I am sold on it. It just really brought a depth of flavor to the rabbit roast.
