I think it's all delivery services these days. Customer service is a lost art.

I called them up and cursed them out good, though. That doesn't fix anything, but at least they'll have a worse day, having been shouted at.

i should've done that with UPS... they ****** up one of my collectible diecast cars and refused to pay for it...

A1 shipping delivered a book to a wrong address, and when I called them, they were like, "Driver says they put it at your address by the brown door." I said, "I don't have a brown door." So, they were supposed to send someone to find the package wherever they had left it. They didn't send anyone out for days. Eventually, I had to cancel the order and have it re-shipped. I don't know if they ever found it.

UPS I've had ok experience with, and usually FedEx. But they failed this week.
