I just don't know how they got "deep impact" past the ford censors.

The same way they got a Ford Taurus drifting on a track with a NASCAR driver 'driving' it, and expecting consumers to believe:

1. It's him driving it.

I made the mistake of telling a NASCAR fan that I didn't like NASCAR because the cars had nothing to do with stock cars. She got real defensive and said "what do you think MASCAR stands for?".
