Well, it seems that since I removed 5.1 as it was having issue's? I replaced it with a copy from my backup on time machine which was 5.04 on Snow Leopard
It Now won't let me install the latest 5.4 upadate since I'm Now on Lion, And not on Snow Leopard

I'll wait for another Safari update to be pushed out for it to ask me to update. Thats was my only issue and since it's running fine Im cool.

At least you had backups. Somehow, I managed to delete two years worth of backups on my Time Capsule.
