Pioneer and premier make a solid product, I'm not sure of why the hate here. But seriously some of those people are like the epitome of fanboys. I can't tell you every spec, and price tag on every Premier product. I suppose I could search online, but I have other things that interest me.

Not sure why people can't just appreciate multiple brands, and say "different strokes for different folks" Oh well.

i'm probably considered a "hater", but i just have personal experience with pioneer units breaking on me. that's all. but i agree that there's something for everybody...different it may be.

yup, ive had them all, pioneer, sony, alpine, kenwood...

i just prefer alpine over the rest, kenwood second and pioneer last...

But you have a valid reason to hate. If my D3 had crapped out 3 times I would be pretty disappointed too.

The closest time I can ever think of a problem, was after 8 years the OEL screen on my faceplate for the P900R died. I bought a replacement online for 46 bucks, and it was as good as new. Had it another 3 years, and then sold it on ebay when I upgraded.
