we do a QAR, quality assurance review by management. they watch the radar and listen to the tapes and make sure we did everything correctly. we also have to fill out a statement that is retained in the QAR package.

You're lucky though... when you have an emergency, its a jet with multiple engines with some hope of limping home... If one of my F-16's has an emergency... Well, you can figure out why they are called 'Lawn Darts' lol.

no, not in a case like this, when there is media attention, loss of aircraft or life we almost always do. we also get random drug and alcohol testing.

How do we get the dots? I'm still not yet full up on the whole Repping system... How our numbers increase, or the dots... And it seems like when I do a rep it only gives them (i'm guessing cause I don't know) one whereas, I've seen myself get multiple points from just one rep...

Someone care to take 5 mins and explain this system to me?

Thats about the same as us, however when I get plucked 3 times in four weeks, and two of those were inside a two week span... I doubt its actually 'random'...
