3 months isn't bad, we've had people wait more than 3 years to get picked up.

Yeah when you get selected for the unit they get you a Rotorcraft license with IFR i believe. I don't think they make you get commercial rotorcraft but i'm not sure.

the funny thing is.. i joined in feb and made my first post in late june i think haha
