So.... Officer was cool even though it was 1:15am. The damage:

- 30 Day Impound of his brand new Civic Si
- 90 Day Suspension of his liscense. Starts 15-days from today (30-Day Hard Suspension, and then 60-Day soft suspension... he can only drive to and from work)
- At least $10K in fines
- Most likely, since it was an extreme DUI, it will be a minimum 3o-days in jail

And he had the nerve to tell me he wasn't drunk when I picked him up. AZ legal limit is .08, and he blew a .22...

Man that sucks...I dont understand why people try and drive.

I blew a .15 when I took out three boulders. That's the power of American craftsmanship...you can smash em' into rocks and live to drive an import later. :D

People think I'm lame, because when a bunch of us go out to drink; I'm the first to volunteer to play DD... look at the alternative.

My group no longer ***** with drinking and driving anymore either. Two out of the group got DUI's within a week of each other and back in highschool one of the DUI guys and I took out a telephone pole and a street sign in my RSX-S. We somehow lived soooo we always have a DD now.

If I ever get a DUI, I immediately lose my City job. That makes it pretty effen easy to decline a drink.

If I ever got a DWI my police career is over

I was lucky. I got my DUII when I was 19, I didn't hurt anyone (other than my pride and car) and had an attorney, so the judge allowed me to take diversion classes. That allowed it to become a misdemeanor which was expunged last year. Whew!

installed I had tem before I had the car. But it is snowing 15 cm down so far so I cannot test them out. They are a bit louder then I expected but i like i like. wife not so much.

actually I think it was a year and a half ago. They told me seven years, and it had happened in October of that year.
