Okay so, your are 28 years old. You have an AA transfer degree, you are smart, and skilled in plumbing, electrical, framing, finishing carpentry, but you wish to do more than be a flipper or lifetime remodeler.

Where would you go at this stage in life, and yes of course further education is a viable option. But career wise. Man, I've done so many different kinds of work, studied so many different subjects that interest me but nothing really dominates as a field I want to specialize in.

If you are good at a lot of things, but nothing really stand out why not pick a field where you can make the most money? You should apply to be a controller! But you better apply soon, you have to be hired by the time you're 31.
