We'll see, i never been so excited to go to a dam# doctor before, but this a been a prob for about 12 years now.

Cut the yard and get a haircut just before the surgery date.

I went into my doctor and told him my knee hurts all the time, and I have trouble getting up and down the stairs in the morning. He told me it's part of getting older. I'm like, dude, I'm 28.

my knee sometimes just hurt so bad. feels like a golf ball in the joint. havent really seen the Dr for it.

Yeah. Been sleeping all day since it was a redeye flight. Went from ~65 degrees to 100. Bleh!

You can control how much extension you apply when you row. I like it better than squats/deep knee bends.
